LElstow VTP Annotation

I am not sure that the caption need elaborating on as it is already quite thorough. At a push I would suggest describing what an atmotube measures and how it does this - how does it produce the maps that you have included? It is also worth being specific about the fact that it is measuring air quality and not any other kind of air monitor - e.g. radiation monitor. Because of my own research if someone mentions air monitoring - my first thought is always radiation!

I really like the caption to this picture montage.  It provides an overview of a real situation that most people would be able to relate to.  It is an interesting mashup of a photo of the device, a screenshot of the lyft app and route taken and the output of the air quality score.

The visualization indicates a worrying feeling about toxicity in a new labor environment in which the health of workers as well as consumers is at risk. Moreover, it brings to light a different aspect of air pollution, one that in my view, is often neglected, overlooked, or unknown.

Image two is a composition created by the author with screenshots of their route to the airport and results from sensor monitoring recorded during the ride. It is also accompanied by an image of the sensor, all with a white background. It’s a creative and easily communicative image.

It would be helpful to show the air quality score on one side and the map with the image of the sensor on the other, just to indicate the importance of air quality results obtained by the sensor. One graphic suggestion would be to showcast small images of air fresheners or perfumes inside the cabin to visually indicate the frequent use of these chemicals.
