<p>This is a reflection about films created by the Karrabing Collective, a North-Australia based indigenous film collective. Their films disorient non-indigenous viewers who are asked to work out and figure out what the different parts of the film refer to. They argue that these films trouble the assumption of ready cross-cultural translation.</p>
